Heili Õiesaar

Heili works as the manager of the Järve Center Da Vinci, having worked at Da Vinci for more than 8 years. In 2014, Heili began his career at Rocca al Mare as a customer service representative. "Da Vinci was my first full-time job, and when I applied, I didn't even know exactly what it was," he admits. When at one point it turned out that Da Vinci would also open a restaurant in Järve, Heili felt that he had gained enough experience as a waitress and wanted to try his hand at the managerial position.

When working at Da Vinci, Heil likes the people around him the most, as well as the quality that Da Vinci offers. "Everything is well thought out," he praises the company's work organization. According to him, he is most pleased that two new leaders have now grown out of the team he started in Järve, who are now successfully leading other units of Da Vinci. "Consequently, something has been done well," he smiles. 

According to Heili, the people behind the successful leader are first and foremost. He believes that his employees must be listened to and kept, and that the key to balance lies in the manager's ability to be moderately demanding and moderately fun. He believes that over the years he has struck that balance for himself. In his free time, Heil enjoys spending time with his beloved son, in addition, friends and training are important in his life. Heili's favorite food on the Da Vinci menu: Panini with mozzarella, tomato, Parma ham and pesto.
