Ülemiste keskuse Da Vinci restorani juhataja Marilis sattus Da Vincisse mõned aastad tagasi, kui otsis tööd teenindajana. Kuigi algselt saatis Marilis oma CV Da Vinci’sse sooviga saada tööle Kristiine keskuse restorani, pakuti talle hoopis tööd vastavatud Järve keskuse Da Vinci’sse, mis sel hetkel töötajaid otsis.
In Da Vinci, Marilis mostly enjoys her wonderful colleagues, she also values the development opportunities in the company and the motivating pay system. According to her, the best moment of her career so far was when she was chosen the best colleague at Järve Da Vinci.
Outside the office hours Marilis likes spending time with her friends and family. She also loves reading and walking and has been bitten by travel bug. Although Marilis admits that she is only a beginner restaurant manager, she sees maintaining good relations with workers and recognizing them as very important. “If you manage with a good mood, it turns out better,” she believes.
